I recently purchased a NXR Professional Style range. It arrived at my home with multiple defects: The large oven door fell off its hinges (I'm not exaggerating); the igniters on 3 of the 6 burners continue to fire after the burners are lit; the spaces between the doors and the range front are uneven; and the burner knobs are misaligned when all burners are turned off. I communicated these problems to Duro, NXR's manufacturer, and their only offer was to send a repairman. When the repairman arrived, he was not a Duro employee, admitted that he knew little about Duro products, and told me that I should have purchased another brand. PayPal was no help either. PayPal said we would have to return this 315-lb. range to the manufacturer. To do so would have cost me $300 to have the range moved to the curb and $700 to ship from my home in New York to Duro's plant in California. Even then, there's no guarantee that Duro would return my $3,500 payment -- they said I would need to send it back in the original packaging. If you're considering buying a range, definitely do not buy a Duro NXR appliance.

We were actually surprised. This is a very nice fire pit. We did, however change the rock to fire glass which really made it Pop works as advertised. No issues were very happy with it.

We are enjoying our double oven fuel range. it bakes better than any oven we've ever had, and we love the rotisserie function in both ovens. The color fits beautifully in kitchen and the burners are great. Our main complaint is I let the salesperson know that we use propane and even though a propane conversion kit was provided, it requires a trained technician to convert it. This cost us an additional $500 to have done. Had this not been the case we would rate the purchase 5 stars. In addition, the 3rd party delivery service dropped off the oven, left it on the pallet in our kitchen and did not remove the box or trash after uncarting it. This left a sour taste in our mouth.
Part doesn't work with my wood stove (I would like to send it back) so I contacted customer service via email and they told me I have to contact customer service @myfireplaceproducts. I contacted them via email and they are telling me I have to get in contact with primply.
