PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

In addition, please contact your local post office (UPS, USPS, or FEDEX depending on your tracking number) to see if they can locate the status of your package, as the shipping carriers would have more information on where your package might be.

If the postal service is unable to locate your package, please let us know at support@primeply.co and we will verify your information. Open an investigation with the courier and we will do the same. If everything checks out and the package was deemed lost, we will send out a replacement item to you within 1-2 business days, free of charge.
