The key is our squirrel caged ultra-quiet motor that allows super high powered 800 CFM. The hood comes with a 4 speed electronic button control panel, with auto shut-off. Additionally, there are high powered lights to light up your cooking experience. Our stainless steel baffle filters are all dishwasher safe, so you can keep your range hood looking sleek.

          PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

          If by any chance your package says delivered, but you never received it, please make sure to ask your neighbors to see if they may have received the package for you. In addition, please contact your local post office (UPS, USPS, or FEDEX depending on your tracking number) to see if they can locate the status of your package, as the shipping carriers would have more information on where your package might be.

          If the postal service is unable to locate your package, please let us know at support@primeply.co and we will verify your information. Open an investigation with the courier and we will do the same. If everything checks out and the package was deemed lost, we will send out a replacement item to you within 1-2 business days, free of charge.
