The X3S Pro Bench by The Abs Company is a single compact exercise machine that combines the functionality of a core chair, ab bench, flat to incline weight bench, and sissy squat stand. Joining the X3S Core Trainer and the X3S Plus Bench, this chair-bench combination provides a simple and effective exercise station intended to deliver the most intense workouts for abs, legs, and core.

Core Based Functional Training
Design of the X3S Pro core training bench is based on the requirements of the best MMA fighters, pro boxers, and CrossFit athletes for a complete high intensity, total body workout combining abdominal isolation, functional core training, and leg strength and development.
Incorporate dumbbells for resistance to build strength, or utilize medicine balls and boxing gloves for partner drills, twists, and additional core engagement to raise your level of workout intensity. How is the X3S Pro Bench different from a traditional sissy squat bench?
A sissy squat machine is a great piece of equipment to work your quadriceps and glutes using your own body weight or by holding weight plates to add resistance. However, functionality of a sissy squat bench is limited to the squat exercise only.
A traditional sissy squat stand has a supporting main frame piece which extends directly behind the exerciser, preventing contact by the user with the ground surface below. The X3S Pro Bench by comparison has a wide "U"-shaped support frame, thus opening the training zone to allow the exerciser to lay down on the integrated bench to perform isolated abdominal crunches, sit-ups, and even full sit-up to stand-up repetitions.
The X3S Pro allows a full range and combination of cross-training from intense muscle isolation to full core engagement and squats. The X3S Pro will also allow dumbbell work (such as dumbbell presses and dumbbell flyes) with legs secured on the rollers and upper body in a flat (horizontal) or incline position on the exercise bench.

The item arrived early and in great condition. The bench is adjustable and removable, and the leg pads are as comfortable as I need them to be, which makes it easy for me to use this training machine in complete comfort.
Have been trying to return a kitchen faucet for over 4 weeks now. Keep getting the runaround regarding them sending a return authorization and address. Will not shop with them again

But the final installation took longer than expected because of the workplace's present circumstances. We are overjoyed to have it at this point. I'd give it a five-star rating because it performs just as promised. Here in Florida, on a cool night, we like the heat, and the brilliant, lovely colors.

They complained about how it was a waste of money to buy a refrigerator when I first bought it for my parents. My parents, on the other hand, have been incredibly appreciative and pleased with it since the delivery men installed it. This is worthwhile. Totally!
This range hood was purchased for a kitchen renovation and it works perfectly. It is a nice range hood for the price. It works great and fits perfectly over the stove.
I was enjoying cooking in my kitchen on my new range very much. In every way, it is incredible. The slight delay in delivery was well worth it, though! They have a fantastic support staff that is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Definitely going to purchase from this store again!
It arrived sooner than I had anticipated, or rather, we had anticipated. When it arrived, it was in excellent condition with no dents or scratches at all. Excellent in person. The noise level is not excessive, and the suction is excellent.
Amazing! This fireplace is my FAVORITE. How so? It nicely fits in the little room we just renovated. It looks costly and contemporary while also adding a sense of luxury. I adore the wood texture and the glass's rich highlights. The fireplace wheels into position directly out of the box and is ready to use. Since I tend to over organize my space, that is a distinct perk. Additionally, it can be used as a source of heat or simply for the attractive flames to decorate your space. The fact that the flames may be adjusted to be brilliant or light, large or small, in my opinion, is pretty cool. It goes without saying that I adore this fireplace. I'm really happy to have it.
We are enjoying our double oven fuel range. it bakes better than any oven we've ever had, and we love the rotisserie function in both ovens. The color fits beautifully in kitchen and the burners are great. Our main complaint is I let the salesperson know that we use propane and even though a propane conversion kit was provided, it requires a trained technician to convert it. This cost us an additional $500 to have done. Had this not been the case we would rate the purchase 5 stars. In addition, the 3rd party delivery service dropped off the oven, left it on the pallet in our kitchen and did not remove the box or trash after uncarting it. This left a sour taste in our mouth.
Part doesn't work with my wood stove (I would like to send it back) so I contacted customer service via email and they told me I have to contact customer service @myfireplaceproducts. I contacted them via email and they are telling me I have to get in contact with primply.
