The Ivory electric fireplace now includes a log flameset and a crystal flameset. You decide if you want the classic log hearth look or a more modern crystal hearth. Both are included in the box. The mesmerizing flame of the modern electric fireplace can be viewed without the heat setting, so The Ivory can be enjoyed on cool summer evenings, as well as cold winter nights. The flames of the realistic electric fireplace have 5 settings, from a subtle ember glow to a full fire setting. You can set the flame intensity based on your mood or the lighting in the room. All of the flame settings can be controlled by the included remote.
Yes, it does heat your room
The Ivory electric fireplace heater has two heat settings, which quickly add heat to a room up to 400 sq. ft. Please note the heater isn't designed to be the primary heat source in your room or home. It's designed to warm up a cool evening or bring the temperature of a room up a few degrees.
The heating element warms up quickly, and when used with your home's primary heating source you'll find you'll be able to raise your room temperature to get a real cozy setting. The heat setting is controllable from the side of the unit or from the remote control. You can also put the heat on the built in timer setting, where The Ivory® will shut off in anywhere from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours.
Mounting and Use
Mounting the recessed electric fireplace is easy, and in most cases, requires just one person for the job. All the instructions are included, and they are easy to follow. The Ivory® fireplace comes with an easy-to-mount bracket that mounts to your wall. Once the bracket is mounted, just hang the fireplace on the bracket and secure it with the provided screws.
We do recommend placement high enough on the wall to hide the mounting hardware, yet low enough so you can use the heating function far enough away from your ceiling. We recommend the placement of an Ivory electric fireplace at least 24 inches below your ceiling. A popular place where customers mount The Ivory® fireplace is under a wall-mounted, flat-screen television. We recommend mounting your TV at least 24 inches above the top of the fireplace unit.

We were actually surprised. This is a very nice fire pit. We did, however change the rock to fire glass which really made it Pop works as advertised. No issues were very happy with it.

It arrived sooner than I had anticipated, or rather, we had anticipated. When it arrived, it was in excellent condition with no dents or scratches at all. Excellent in person. The noise level is not excessive, and the suction is excellent.
Amazing! This fireplace is my FAVORITE. How so? It nicely fits in the little room we just renovated. It looks costly and contemporary while also adding a sense of luxury. I adore the wood texture and the glass's rich highlights. The fireplace wheels into position directly out of the box and is ready to use. Since I tend to over organize my space, that is a distinct perk. Additionally, it can be used as a source of heat or simply for the attractive flames to decorate your space. The fact that the flames may be adjusted to be brilliant or light, large or small, in my opinion, is pretty cool. It goes without saying that I adore this fireplace. I'm really happy to have it.

We are enjoying our double oven fuel range. it bakes better than any oven we've ever had, and we love the rotisserie function in both ovens. The color fits beautifully in kitchen and the burners are great. Our main complaint is I let the salesperson know that we use propane and even though a propane conversion kit was provided, it requires a trained technician to convert it. This cost us an additional $500 to have done. Had this not been the case we would rate the purchase 5 stars. In addition, the 3rd party delivery service dropped off the oven, left it on the pallet in our kitchen and did not remove the box or trash after uncarting it. This left a sour taste in our mouth.
Part doesn't work with my wood stove (I would like to send it back) so I contacted customer service via email and they told me I have to contact customer service @myfireplaceproducts. I contacted them via email and they are telling me I have to get in contact with primply.
